Hello
My name is Briana Hoffman
I am a native of the Northwest - Springfield, Oregon and Kennewick, Washington. Being raised in the Northwest, I have a soft spot for evergreen trees, mountains, rain, and all things green and thought nowhere else could ever compare. But when I came to Utah to attend BYU twenty years ago, the mountains here along the Wasatch Front got under my skin and deep into my heart in a big way and I have been in love with Utah ever since! It is a fantastic place to live, play, and raise a family!
I love real estate, I adore houses in all their varieties, I am passionate about helping people, and I am in love with Utah. As a REALTOR, I have a proven track record of helping my clients compete and win intense multiple offer situations and helping my clients get top dollar for their homes. I believe strongly in service to my clients above all. I take my fiduciary duties as a real estate agent very seriously and strive to treat each client's transaction with the same care, time, patience, and excellence that I would give to my own purchase or sale. I'm excited to help you on your journey with homeownership! The real estate market in Utah remains strong and a great real estate agent to help you navigate the process is a must!
That's the short version. Here's a longer version: My grandma was a powerhouse realtor in the Portland-Vancouver area who specialized in high-end homes along the Columbia River and I can clearly trace my love of real estate back to her! When I visited, it was common to accompany her to her office or go restock fliers on a property or tag along while she prepped a house for a showing. I lived with her one summer as a teenager and spent hours shadowing her in her daily real estate duties and learned all sorts of nuances about how to be a great real estate agent.
At some point, her passion became my passion and I decided I wanted to be a real estate agent. The number one thing I learned from my Grandma was that it’s all about relationships and that treating people right is not just the only way to do things, but that it will take you far. Words that described the type of real estate agent she was would be: elegant, servant, friendly, knowledgeable, hospitality, confident, above and beyond, competent, professional, warm, enthusiastic, results, and class act. Those are all things I aspire to be and do as your real estate agent.
Along with holding my real estate license, I also have a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. I know ASL (American Sign Language). In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband, Eric, a structural engineer and former landscaper, and our four kids. I love dancing, cooking, music, hiking, reading, exercising, gardening, yard saleing, and eating good food. The American Red Cross and CureSearch for Children’s Cancer are two causes I love to volunteer with and am passionate about (shout out to blood donors!).
